Tracy goes above and beyond what anyone would expect a realtor to do to get her clients' homes sold. My home sold while others are still sitting there on the market. She is also a very effective negotiator. She is currently listing another home for me and another one is in line for listing at a future date. The home that is listed currently looks like a model home, thanks to Tracy's exceptional staging abilities.

Tracy kept us informed and updated as the selling process went on. Her weekly market reports were useful as a guide to where the market stood. Tracy was always available for questions and advice. She was a fine agent to work with right to the completion of the sale.

Tracy did such a great job for us. Very in tune to what we were looking for. Tracy did a great job. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend her. She listened to what our goals were in finding a property in Venice and applied her extensive knowledge of the area to find us what we were looking for. We are out of state clients so much of our communication was done electronically. Tracy was always quick to respond and provide us with the information we needed.
